I realise weight training is key for maintaining tone as you get older

I worked with Matt for several years to help get me in shape for my wedding, throughout pregnancy and then also to help me lose the baby weight!
He is very patient, kind, professional, and helps to not only encourage exercise but look at your wider lifestyle to help in other areas too - if that's what you'd like him to do.
Focus is more working with weights, which as a female was initially a bit daunting, but quickly realise it's the key for maintaining tone as you get older, and now, its something I look forward to doing!
