Hi there.  I'm Matt, and I've been running Revolution Lifestyles since 2012.  In that time I have continued to evolve my approach to health and fitness coaching.  I believe that the time, effort and energy you invest in your transformation should be worth it;

My approach to health/fitness coaching is (hopefully) different to what you would come to expect.  I am big on creating a co-active environment with clients; one where we work together to build your system.  Training sessions, whilst challenging, shouldn't leave you having a near death experience on the floor; you've got other more important things in life to be getting on with.  And all coaching is habit based; it keeps it simple, effective and understandable for you - and at a pace that allows change to 'stick'.  I want to help empower you to lead a more active lifestyle; so you can do, be and feel your best.


Our aim is to help people get the most out of their lives through living a more active lifestyle.  We believe that optimal health is a basic need.  It is the foundation upon which bigger and better things can be built.  The pace of modern life is making harder to look after this basic need; and so 

We see the stress caused by restrictive dieting and the lack of long term results to show for peoples energy and commitment.  It is our goal to help people find and build a lifestyle system that works for them.  A system they can stick to with little effort; that frees up the mental space to live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.  No more weighing foods, counting calories or tracking calories burned during monotonous training sessions.  

We currently work in a one on one and small group coaching environment; looking to empower those who work with us to live a more intentional, fulfilling and active lifestyle.  It is our aim to grow into the go to health & wellness optimisation company in our local area.



Your transformation should provide the foundation for you to do more and give more in life; we focus on transforming your energy, physique AND confidence.  We will never suggest anything that goes against this.  We want you to feel as good as you look.


We want to keep things as simple and effective as possible for you.  Our approach to coaching is to focus on doing one thing well at a time and gradually increasing the difficulty of your challenge.  That way you feel confident in your ability to achieve your goals. 


We believe that you should feel in control of your transformation.  We work with you in a co-active environment to raise awareness, take action and review your progress.  Knowing what, why and how to do the things needed will empower you to do more.


Change is difficult and it does take time - especially when you have some many things going on in your life.  We focus on being 1% better each day - allowing for sustainable change - instead of overhauling your life for a short term change.


You may feel apprehensive about stepping into the World of health and fitness.  You may feel like your time and energy is already at a premium.  And you may not want to completely overhaul your lifestyle and give up the finer things in life.  You may have seen your health and fitness slowly decline as other responsibilities have taken over.  Or your current approach may have stopped working for you.

This is why Revolution Lifestyles was formed; to offer a different approach to the usual rapid, unsustainable approach to weight loss.  We want to work with you at a pace that suits you.  So that health and fitness becomes an enjoyable part of your life.  It is something you feel empowered to do, rather than feel obliged to do.  

If you are looking for another unsustainable rapid fat loss program, then our approach probably isn't for you right now.  But if you want to lead a more active lifestyle for years to come then this may be a new approach that you are ready for.


All of our personal training sessions take place in a private studio based in Merton Abbey Mills, Wimbledon.  This exclusive space creates a focused and engaging training environment.  It's a great place to learn how to train, and to get the most out of your training sessions; there is no competing for space and equipment with hundreds of gym members.
